Top circumference:  about 29" relaxed, 38" stretched
Bottom circumference about 48"
Length: 14".
NOTE: Please ensure these measurements work for what you intend to use it for. For example, if you wish to wear it as a skirt over leggings, note the waist size and determine if it will slip over your hips (max. 38"). If wearing as a poncho, measure around your shoulders. As a cowl, measurements are less crucial; it can be bunched up around the neck, or worn draped over one shoulder. 
Content: premium yarn 45% silk 35% merino wool and 20% nylon for strength
